Breakfast is very essential part of our daily and everyday life, so it is necessary not to ignore it. I remember one saying, “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.” So we need to follow that and for following it, I have an amazing and wonderful breakfast recipe which is prepared by using bread as main ingredient and it is one of my favourite breakfast recipe that I love to eat at morning with my whole family. So I am going to tell you how to make this amazing Indian breakfast bread roll recipe.
Ingredient required for preparing Indian breakfast bread roll recipe:
Bread slices – 10 to 12
Potato – 4 to 5 medium size
Green chillies – 2 to 3
Jeera or cumin – ½ tbsp
Salt – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1/3 tbsp
Coriander powder – ¼ tbsp
Garam masala – 1/3 tbsp
Suji or rava or semolina
Method for preparing this Indian breakfast bread roll recipe:
- Boiled 4 potatos and mash them properly.
- Take pan and add 1 tbsp of oil and ½ tbsp of cumin in it.
- Add potatos and coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala and stir everything very smoothly.
- Mash all the potato mixture after when it get a little colder.
- Now cut the sides of all bread slices.
- Take a little water in your hands and put the bread in between your 2 hands and remove the excess water from the bread.
- Add the little potato mixture in between the bread and roll the bread and make it in the form of oval shape or in the form of an egg size.
- Now take semolina in a plate and spread it in whole plate and take 1 roll and make it coated with semolina or rava.
- Take a pan and add 6 big tbsp of oil and start frying all the rolls in hot oil.
